Included Support
Each license includes basic support during the initial setup period. After the included period ends, support is provided on a best-effort basis when time permits.
Premium Support
For guaranteed response times and priority assistance, consider our Priority Support package at $250/month for 5 hours of dedicated support time.
Additional Services
- License upgrades: Minimum $25
- Server/VPS re-setup: $25 each
- Modem troubleshooting: $25 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Response Times
- Priority Support: Within 4 hours during business hours
- Standard Support: Best effort, typically within 24-48 hours
- Community Support: Available through documentation and forums
